Name of file format WT5_YYYY_MM_AB, where: 
  	WT5 is the identification of wind turbine 5
	YYYY: year of the data
	MM: month of the data
	A refers to the timespan, in minutes (1M or 10M), covered in the statistical results of time-series datasets.   
	B can be:
	  RAW= Raw data, without being processed
	  PRO= Processed data, in these files invalid data is indicated as -9999

wtur_W_st, wind turbine power production values with:
	st=avg for the timespan (1 or 10 minutes) mean wind turbine power production
	st=max for the timespan (1 or 10 minutes) maximum wind turbine power production
